I don't know off-hand but I'll try to help troubleshoot.  If you end up figuring it out, please post an answer to help others...

Did you make sure you only have one copy of the object you're engraving?  Does it do multiple passes in the simulation?
Hey Jimmie, thanks for your reply. As it turns out the problem was that I had the "feeder" box checked under the "output" tab. Any value greater than zero will initiate additional passes. So I unchecked the box and problem solved. Thanks again for your input.
