There is a bug that can occur on Windows involving the preview of certain files within the file save or open dialog box that can cause the software to crash.  This bug is due to the file preview/thumbnail generation and is outside the control of the LightBurn developers.

LightBurn is considering adding an option for a file dialog window that doesn't use the standard windows dialog as a workaround in the future but right now you would need to remove the program which is associated with the preview that is causing the crash.
